A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Starting rates cover Iryna’s solo performance and preparation at one venue with one agreed performance position. Travel from Vernon, parking, accommodation, extra equipment or a move between spaces are itemised in your quote.
Sound equipment and power are agreed for your venue and guest count. Venue-supplied equipment must be suitable; PA hire and microphones for an officiant or speeches are quoted separately when needed.
Set lengths are live music time. Event windows run from the first scheduled music to the final note, including breaks and waiting time. Setup and pack-down are arranged separately. Longer gaps or extra sets are quoted in advance.
Evening sets are live solo music; DJ, MC and full-band services are not included. Outdoor performances need suitable shelter and a weather plan.

I’m based in Vernon and welcome enquiries for Kelowna, Lake Country, West Kelowna, Summerland and Penticton. Travel, access and any accommodation are included clearly in your individual quote.
Share your venue and guest count so we can agree the sound setup, power, space and access. For an outdoor event, we’ll also need a sheltered alternative and a weather plan. Equipment and any moves between spaces are confirmed in the quote.
Wedding collections start at CAD $650 for a ceremony, $1,050 for ceremony and cocktail hour, $1,650 for ceremony, cocktails and dinner, and $2,250 for the extended Celebration Collection. Travel, required equipment hire and applicable taxes are additional; your written quote confirms the total.
